The NYC opening reception of the third DOCUMENT the Fresh exhibition did not disappoint.  Props to the artists for bringing their best in terms of works and solid installations, both of which spoke to their personalities and styles.  Salute to everyone that attended, the Bishop Gallery for once again opening their doors to my ideas, props to Alexis (Madison Davenport PR) for the PR/marketing support, and thanks again to the participating photographers.  I’m planning a closing reception/BBQ to take place later this month so stay tuned.

DOCUMENT the Fresh will be on exhibit at The Bishop thru Saturday August 29th, so be sure to stop by, and for more info about the exhibition click here.  And to check out more recap pics click Read the rest of this entry

COLOR of SOUND / University of Maryland, Baltimore / Recap

Our COLOR of SOUND Art Exhibition at the University of Maryland, Baltimore turned out to be one of our strongest presentations to date.  All of the works set on easels creating more than ample spacing which allowed attendees to freely engage the works – front to back.

Thanks to the United Students of African Descent and the university’s USGA for bringing us, all of the attendees, Madison Davenport PR, and the participating artists: Cee Love, Zsudayka Nzinga, VonDell Green, Brody Rose, Candace Fong, and Aniekan Udofia.
