Red Stripe x Terry Lynn x FADER

Good lookin’ out to Kim from The FADER who sent me the shout about the DC leg of a party/tour they’re doing featuring rising reggae/dancehall artist Terry Lynn and DJ Johan Hugo.

Lynn’s sound is a mash-up between dancehall and electronica, which I guess is the “in thing” right now.  Not a big fan of the mash-up but definitely digging her traditional dancehall and roots sounds.  Terry, give us more of that!

All in all – free Red Stripe, dope space, and a decent crowd made for a cool time.  Even met up with Kat (her BE YOU series is right around the corner) and got introduced to photographer Lady Glock (compositions are ill).
